Yobe APC Taps into Senator Gaidam’s Wealth of Experience

The Yobe State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), alongside its governorship candidate, have undertaken a crucial consultation visit to Senator Ibrahim Gaidam, the Minister of Police Affairs, at his Abuja residence in a bold stride towards solidifying party cohesion.

According to Hajiya Sa’adatu Maina, who is the Press Secretary to the Yobe State APC Chairman, the delegation, led by the Yobe APC State Chairman, Alhaji Mohammad Gadaka, and the party’s flagbearer, Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, described the meeting as a pivotal part of their ongoing strategic reconciliation tour across the state.

The visit, which was steeped in political symbolism, served as a high-profile homage to the man widely regarded as the supreme leader of Yobe politics.

More than a mere courtesy call, the gathering was a profound display of humility, political maturity, and unwavering loyalty to the foundational pillars of the APC in Yobe.

Speaking after the closed-door session, Chairman Gadaka emphasized the timeless principle that the meeting reaffirmed: leadership grows stronger when rooted in consultation and mutual respect.

The governorship candidate, Alhaji Baba Malam Wali, acknowledged that the consultation was not just about politics but about maintaining a legacy of unity.
