Group Urges ‎Yobe APC Aspirants To Support Consensus Candidate‎

Office of the Chairman, Media and Community Enlightenment Committee Unit (MCCU) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State, Hon. Saidu Hassan Jakusko, has urged politicians and governorship aspirants in the state to respect the decision of party leaders and supporters regarding the emergence of Baba Malam Wali mni, as the preferred governorship candidate.

Jakusko said in a statement that the people of Yobe State have shown confidence in Baba Malam Wali mni, following his selection by party leaders, describing him as a competent and experienced figure with strong knowledge in governance and politics.

‎Hon. Saidu Hassan Jakusko stated that the endorsement of Baba Malam Wali was based on his leadership qualities, political experience, and ability to move the state forward. He urged all governorship aspirants and political stakeholders to work together in the interest of the party and the development of Yobe State.

‎He also warned against actions capable of causing division within the party, stressing that any political move aimed at reversing the current progress of the state would not be in the best interest of the people.

‎The statement further appealed to party members to remain united and committed to its ideals ahead of future political activities in the state.

‎Hon. Saidu Hassan Jakusko concluded by praying for unity, peace, and victory for the APC, praying Allah to strengthen the bond among party members and guide the party towards continued success in Yobe State.
