‎Jakusko Youth Summit urges unity, civic participation, loyalty to leadership‎

The Jakusko Youth Unity and Strategic Engagement Summit 2026 was held in Jakusko Local Government Area, drawing youth leaders and stakeholders under the theme: “Promoting Unity, Civic Participation, Peace and Sustainable Development.”

‎The summit, convened under the leadership of Alhaji Muhammad Gadaka, the State Party Chairman, focused on strengthening grassroots cohesion and sustainable development through active civic engagement.

‎Speaking at the event, Hon. Saidu Hassan Jakusko stressed the importance of unity and loyalty to constituted authorities. He called for stronger ties between youth and leaders from the ward to local government level, noting that solidarity is key to building “one strong entity.”

‎Hon. Jakusko also reaffirmed the group’s allegiance to party leadership, stating: “Whatever Mai Mala Buni says, that is what we will do, and whatever the APC State Party Chairman says, that is what we will do.”
