2027 Polls: APC Stakeholders Strategise On Massive Votes For Gov Idris In Suru LG

All Progressive Congress (APC) stakeholders in Suru Local Government Area of Kebbi State have converged on Dakingari and Strategised on how Governor Nasir Idris Kauran Gwandu of Kebbi State will secure massive votes from the area in the forthcoming general elections scheduled for early 2027.

Special Adviser on revenue generation to the Kebbi State Governor, Alhaji Muhammad Arzika Dan’Ato disclosed this development to Journalists at his home on Tuesday in Birnin Kebbi.

He said APC stakeholders in the area at the meeting consisted of 50 members from each of the 11 wards totalling over 1,500 stakeholders.

According to him, stakeholders usually held such gathering whenever elections drew nearer in the past and now do it again for Governor Nasir Idris to obtain massive votes from the area in 2027.

“Our reasons are clear, Kauran Gwandu has done well in Kebbi, most especially in Suru Local Government Area where a lot of people got motivated and empowered,” Dan’Ato said.

So, the governor has paid his dues to the people of Kebbi and Suru Local Government and now it is our turn to pay him back with multiple votes come 2027,” the governor’s aide added.

Dan’Ato further revealed that APC supporters in the area have already obtained their PVCs from INEC and awaiting the elections time to come, to vote the party’s candidates from President, Governor down to State Assembly.

He also made it clear that the 2027 general elections will be conducted in the state in peace without any threat of banditry attacks.
