Yobe Flour & Feed Mills Boss On Repositioning Mission To Potiskum

The General Manager of Yobe State Flour and Feed Mills, Engineer Hauwa Sule Mamudo, has sought the advice and support of chairman Potiskum Local government Alhaji Salisu Mukhtari towards repositioning the state-owned company.

The General Manager stated this during a courtesy visit to the council chairman in his office at the Potiskum Local Government secretariat recently.

During the visit, Engineer Hauwa Sule Mamudo said the visit was part of her ongoing stakeholder engagement aimed at reviving the Flour and Feed Mills Company through collaboration with key government officials and community leaders.

She emphasized that the experience and leadership of the local government chairman would be instrumental in achieving sustainable growth for the company.

The General Manager appealed to Alhaji Salisu Muktari to provide meaningful guidance and strategic advice that would strengthen the operations of the Mills, enhance agricultural value chains, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the economic development of Potiskum and Yobe State at large.

In his response, the Chairman, Alhaji Salisu Muktari, who was represented by his Vice Chairman, Alhaji Ado Hamza Ngojin commended the General Manager for her proactive leadership and pledged the Council’s support.

He assured her of his readiness to offer constructive advice and collaborate with the management to ensure the success of Yobe State Flour and Feed Mills for the benefit of the people.
