Tunisia Telecoms Firm Signs Pact With Nigeria’s Northeast Partner

This development marks an important achievement in building international collaboration in the telecommunications sector as HAYAT TELECOMS of Tunisia, a member of TUCAD, has officially signed a partnership agreement with NORTHEAST TELECOMS of Nigeria.

The signing ceremony took place at the Head Office of HAYAT TELECOMS in Tunisia, where both organizations agreed to work together to expand and improve telecommunications services in Nigeria, with a special focus on Fibre Optics systems in the North East region and Rural Telephony.

The partnership aims to boost connectivity, encourage technology sharing, and create more opportunities for innovation and job creation in the Nigerian telecom industry.

Speaking at the event, Ahmed Shuaibu Gara Gombe, Founder and CEO of NORTHEAST TELECOMS Nigeria, expressed his excitement about the collaboration.

He stated that the partnership shows a new chapter in advancing digital communication across Africa and building relations between Tunisia and Nigeria.

The event was attended by senior executives, technical experts, and representatives from both companies, who promised to make sure the agreement is well carried out.

“This partnership will open new doors in digital transformation across Africa and serve as an example of regional cooperation in the telecom sector,” Gara Gombe added.
