Highlights of a crucial meeting held between the Northern Christians and the national leadership the All Progressives Congress (APC) have been received by the purveyor, as sent.

Below are the 11 points of discussion with the APC National Chairman, if credible:

  1. Mobilizing and Supporting the National APC Chairman Who Is a Christian
We must stand firmly behind the National Chairman of the APC, who is one of our own
  2. Mobilizing and Supporting the National APC Chairman Who Is a Christian
We must stand firmly behind the National Chairman of the APC, who is one of our own committed Christian leader. His presence at the highest level of the party gives Northern Christians a powerful voice. Our support should be visible, strategic, and united, ensuring he succeeds and remains influential within national decision-making structures.
  3. Addressing Insecurity in Northern Nigeria
Insecurity remains one of the most painful challenges facing Northern Nigeria. Communities are suffering from banditry, terrorism, and criminal activities that disrupt livelihoods. This issue requires national attention, and we must articulate our concerns clearly and push for strengthened security measures, better coordination among security agencies, and community-focused interventions.
  4. Recognizing That the President Inherited the Security Challenges
It is important to acknowledge that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu did not create the insecurity problem; he inherited it. The crisis developed over years, and resolving it will take time, commitment, and cooperation from all stakeholders. Our message should emphasize patience, support, and collaboration with the current administration to achieve lasting security.
  5. Mr. President’s Reliance on Northern Christian Votes
The President is aware that Northern Christians are a decisive voting bloc. He recognizes our strength, our numbers, and our influence in shaping electoral outcomes. This gives us leverage an opportunity to push for policies, appointments, and representations that reflect our interests and contributions.
  6. The Christian Vote Will Surprise the World
With unity and determination, Northern Christians have the power to deliver votes that will shock analysts and observers. If we organize effectively, our turnout can make a national impact, demonstrating our loyalty and political importance. This is our moment to show strength through unity and participation.
  7. Youth and Women Mobilization Begins Now
Youth and women are the backbone of every successful political movement. Mobilization must begin immediately at grassroots levels churches, associations, communities, campuses, markets, and professional groups. Engagement should focus on education, empowerment, and clear messaging about why their participation matters.
  8. Nassarawa State Issue: The National Chairman Should Support Producing a Christian Governor
Nassarawa State remains a critical point of concern, especially regarding political balance and fairness. The National Chairman has an important role to play in ensuring that Christians in the state are given a fair chance, including the opportunity to produce a Christian governor who represents the interests of the community.
  9. Atiku Is From the North, but Northern Christians Should Not Give Him Their Votes
Although Atiku Abubakar hails from the North, voting solely based on geography will not advance the interests of Northern Christians. Our votes should align with who supports our community, who respects our diversity, and who includes us in the national agenda. We can not afford to cast millions of votes without securing protection, recognition, and representation.
  10. Shielding and supporting the APC National Chairman as Our Brother
The Christian community in the North must protect, defend, and uplift the APC National Chairman. He is our brother, and his success is our collective success. His position gives us national visibility, and we must stand by him in unity and loyalty.
  11. This Meeting Will Cascade Down to Youth, Women, and All Zones
Today’s meeting is only the beginning. The resolutions and strategies discussed here must be passed down to the wards, local governments, youth wings, women groups, and zonal structures. Every segment of our community must feel included and empowered to contribute to the mission.
