The partnerships entered into, purveyor.com.ng reports, followed the recent presentation of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to Fly-Pyatic, the aviation flagship of Pyatic Group by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), in Abuja.
