Gov Mohammed Pays Unscheduled Visit, Inspects Renovation Of Bauchi Emir’s Palace

Governor Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed recently carried out an inspection of ongoing renovation works at the Bauchi Emir’s Palace, showing special interest on the historic old mosque currently being rehabilitated within the palace.

After inspecting the project, the Governor also visited the Emir of Bauchi at the palace where he explained that the visit was unofficial but noted that it was important for him to personally assess the progress of works and also pay his respects.

The inspection formed part of the Governor’s routine oversight of key projects across the state, aimed at ensuring that renovation works are progressing as planned and in line with the agreed construction specifications.
