Gov Buni Consoles Adamu Mu’azu Over Mother’s Loss

The Yobe State Governor, His Excellency, Hon. (Dr) Mai Mala Buni on Saturday, paid a condolence visit to former Bauchi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Adamu Mu’azu, over the death of his mother, Hajiya Halima Suleiman Dabo.
“On behalf of the government and people of Yobe State, l extend our heartfelt condolences to your humble family over this huge loss,” he said.
A statement by Mamman Muhammad, DG Press and Media Affairs to the Governor said, the Governor described the death of Hajiya Halima as a sad and painful loss to the family, Bauchi State and Nigeria.
“We have lost a strong pillar of prayers and source of wise counselling that has shaped a lot of people positively, but that is her appointed time and wish of the Almighty Allah, our Creator,” Buni consoled.
The Governor prayed Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Aljannatu Firdaus, and to the family, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
Speaking on behalf of the bereaved family, Alh. Ahmed Adamu Mu’azu, thanked Governor Buni for identifying with the family at this trying moment.
He thanked the people of Yobe State for their solidarity and prayers through their Governor.
“These condolences and prayers are very dear to our family and we sincerely appreciate it,” he said.
