Nutracote, Nutramix Fertilizer Reduces Cost By 30-40% To Farmers

The Institute for Agricultural Research (IAR) in collaboration with Universal Speciality Chemicals PVT Limited have showcase how Nutracoat and Nutramix fertilizer reduced production cost to farmers by 30-40 per cent.

Speaking at the IAR irrigation farm, Dr. Yahaya Sarhabil Musa, an Assistant Director, Extension research said, the new fertilizer is very active and it will boost farmers yield.

He called on the Universal Speciality Chemicals Africa limited to make the product available and affordable to the peasant farmers.

According to him, if farmers have easy access to the product it will make positive impact to them by making more gain and boost their production.

Dr. Sarhabil advised farmers to use the new product which reduces cost of fertilizer by 30 to 40 percent.

In his remarks, Mr. Bengum Hyelatakiri, Business Development Executive said, the Nutracote NPK reduces cost by 30 per cent while Nutramix UREA reduces cost by 50 per cent.

He said, the product is not harmful to human being and to our soil becouse it is organic from the natural resources.

Mr. Bengum assured farmers of making the product available in all locations for farmers for ease of access in different kilo grammes.

Some farmers from Kano and Kaduna who participated actively in the demonstration have expressed their appreciation over what they described as wonderful production success beyond their expeçtations.

The farmers appealed to the company to make it available and affordable to all farmers in Nigeria.
