My Nigeria, My Responsibility Campaign Unveiled

The National Sports Commission @⁨Shehu Dikko⁩ joined leaders, youths, creatives, and civic advocates at the My Nigeria, My Responsibility Campaign unveiling held at the state house, Presidential Villa, on the 8th December, 2025. The event is a national movement championed by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Citizenship & Leadership, led by Hon. Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji @⁨Nasir Jaoji SSA Youth Engagement 25 Villa⁩

The NSC Chairman Shehu Dikko delivered a message centred on unity, discipline, national values, and the role of sports as a powerful driver of citizenship, youth engagement and national identity. He emphasized that Nigeria’s progress relies on the collective responsibility of every citizen, especially the youth whose energy continues to shape the country’s future.

The Chairman commended the organizers for inspiring a renewed wave of patriotism and civic participation, reiterating the NSC’s commitment to developing programmes that strengthen leadership, responsibility, and national pride through sports and promised to make available the structures and platforms provided by sports in driving the campaign to the hearts and minds of the youth and indeed the entire populace .

The Commission appreciates all partners, young people, creatives, and volunteers whose contributions made this gathering impactful.
