Martins, El Hadary To Compete In Abuja Champions Cup

With just five days to go, excitement is building ahead of the 2025 Champions Cup, as football icons Obafemi Martins of Nigeria and Essam El Hadary, the Egyptian goalkeeping legend, have confirmed their attendance.

The highly anticipated clash will see Barça legends take on African legends in a thrilling Champions Cup clash that promises to unite fans through the spirit of football and nostalgia. 

The event is organized by the Attom Foundation, in collaboration with ZMB Homes and WGI and scheduled to take place on October 25 at 3pm at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

As the countdown continues, media teams from across Africa and Europe have already started arriving in Nigeria the coverage of the spectacle, signaling the global attention the Champions Cup is attracting.
