Kebbi PDP Congress: Bello Suru Re-elected, Pledges Dedication, Integrity

Upon his re-election as chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) at the State’s Congress Saturday, Alhaji Bello Usman Suru has expressed gratitude to Allah and the entire delegates as well as other officials of the party for re-electing him for a second term.

In an acceptance speech after the exercise, he said that he accepted the mandate with utmost gratitude and pledged to lead the party with dedication, integrity and commitment to the principles of democracy and good governance.

He made it clear that his priorities include among others, ensuring equal opportunities and treatment for all party membership, irrespective of positions.

Suru also promised to foster a sense of belonging and cooperation among membership of the party, in addition to upholding democratic principles and promoting accountability.

The chairman, however thanked all delegates for their participation and support as he wished them well back to their respective destinations.
