Kebbi: Armed Bandits Kill Businessman, Abduct Wife

Armed bandits have attacked the house of a businessman, Sufiyanu Garba (Area) in Badariya area in Birnin Kebbi metropolis under Birnin Kebbi Local Government of Kebbi State, killing him and abducting his pregnant wife.

Shehu Mohammed Yauri, an elder brother to the abducted housewife, Zainab Mohammed Yauri, revealed the incident to our correspondent on Friday in Birnin Kebbi.

According to him, the attackers forced themselves into the house of Sufiyanu Garba after they killed him, they abducted his pregnant wife to unknown destination.

He added that the deceased has since been buried according to Islamic rites in Birnin Kebbi main cemetery on Friday afternoon.
