Just In: 24 Hours After His Defection, Almustapha Appointed GM KEBGIS

Barely 24hrs after he defected to APC and declared support for Governor Nasir Idris’s second term bid, younger brother of former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami SAN, Alhaji Almustapha Malami has been appointed General Manager of Kebbi State Geographic Information Service (KEBGIS).

The appointment was contained in a letter signed by the Head of Service (HoS), Kebbi State, Alhaji Malami Shekare and made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Birnin Kebbi.

The HoS, in the letter, while congratulating the appointee, urged him to show total commitment and dedication to responsibilities given to him by the government.

The appointment takes immediate effect, according to the letter.
