Hunger: NGO Appeals To Donor Agencies For Help

Passionate appeal has been made to the general public by an NGO, Neighbourhood Care-Well Foundation, to support in cash or kind, to alleviate the sufferings of the malnutrition children.

The appeal was made by Vickie Emah Emah, coordinator of the Non-Governmental Organisation in Cross River State.

She said “over 150 malnutrition children suffer malnutrition in Calabar South Local Government Area of Cross River State, emphasising that “together, we can stop child hunger in our communities,” Emah Emah said.

Appealing to donor agencies and philanthropists to put more hands on deck to help the malnutrition children, she said over 150 children are suffering from the setback.
