Yobe APC Gubernatorial Candidate Visits Emirs Of Jajere, Ngelzarma For Consultation

Yobe state All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali has visited the emirs of Jajere and Ngelzarma ahead of the 2027 governorship election.
The APC flag bearer was received by party stakeholders and other APC supporters in Tarmuwa and Fune local governments areas during visited the Emirates as part of his ongoing consultations with traditional rulers and stakeholders across Yobe State.
Speaking during the visits, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali said they were at the palaces to seek for the blessings and prayer from the royal fathers.
Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali assured them of his commitment to good governance and inclusive leadership, continuity and consolidation of the achievements recorded by the administration of Governor Mai Mala Buni.
The APC governorship candidate commended the people of the areas for the warm reception accorded him and his entourage and urged the APC supporters to continue to remain united for the success of the party at all levels in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.

Also speaking, the APC State party Chairman, Alhaji Mohammed Gadaka, reiterated the need for the APC supporters to remain loyal to the party at all levels respectively.
In their separate remarks, the Emirs of Jajere and Ngelzarma, Alhaji Mai Hamza Ibn Buba Mashio and Alhaji Mohammed Mai Yeri Ibn Isa II, commended the APC candidate for the visit and prayed for his success.
During the visits, the Emir of Jajere Alhaji Mai Hamza Ibn Buba conferred on Baba Mallam Wali with the prestigious traditional title of Sardauna of Jajere Emirate.
Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali was accompanied on the visits by his running mate, Barrister Saleh Samanja; members of the state House of Assembly, members of the House of Representatives, Commissioners and other APC supporters across the state.
Earlier in his speech, the State APC Chairman Alhaji Muhammad Gadaka explained that the visit was part of the party’s ongoing consultations with traditional rulers and stakeholders across Yobe State, adding that the APC would return to Emirates during the formal campaign period.
Alhaji Gadaka thanked the Emirs for receiving the delegation and for the prayers, support and fatherly guidance.
