We Registered 755 Cooperative Youth Associations In Kebbi -Commissioner

The Commissioner, Ministry of Youths and Sports Development in Kebbi State, Hon. Nuradden Bala Fingiller has said that his ministry registered 755 Cooperative Youth Associations between 2023 and 2026.

He stated this on Tuesday while briefing journalists on some progress recorded under Kauran Gwandu-led administration within three years in office.

He noted that the list will soon be submitted to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the state for proper documentation.

“The Ministry of Commerce and Industry which is saddled with the responsibility for registration of all associations will make proper documentation of our registered Cooperative Youths Associations and subsequently issue them with certificates of operations,” the commissioner said.

This will allow them to operate as small or intermediate business and trade partners in their respective areas of specialisation across the state,” he added.

According to the commissioner, the initiative is aimed at making youths job creators in the state.
