By Andrew Abah, Abuja

As the Nationwide League One (NLO) continues to modernise the “Cradle of Nigerian Football,” it has concluded plans to hold a digital workshop via Google Meet on March 7.

The session aims to train managers and selected personnel from Division One and U-19 Youth League clubs on how to use the new website and registration portal for the 2026 season, a statement by the League said.

The NLO highlighted the significance of the new platform, designed to simplify player licensing, improve data security, and offer a more efficient experience for all member clubs.

To ensure a smooth transition and registration process, all club secretaries and administrators are required to attend the virtual training bill for March 7 at 9 00 am.
The training agenda includes:

  • Touring the New Interface: Overview of the 2026 NLO dashboard.
  • Player and Official Registration: Uploading documents and biometric data.
  • Payment Integration: Handling league fees through the portal.
  • Transfer & Clearance: Managing player transfers digitally.
  • Q&A: Addressing specific technical issues faced by clubs.

Important notes:

  • Preparation: Ensure a stable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC during the training.
  • Access: The meeting link and login details for the demo portal will be sent via email 24 hours before the session.
