Kamba Branch To Reach Out To Rural Communities – Fidelity MD

The Managing Director of the Fedility Bank, Dr. Mrs Nweka Onyeali-Ikpe has revealed that management of the Fedility Bank has opened it new branch in Kamba town under Dandi Local Government area of Kebbi State in order to reach out to the rural communities who don’t have access to such facilities.

She made the revelations on Thursday while commissioning the new edifice of Fidelity Bank branch in Kamba town.

Represented by her Regional Manager incharge of North West Zone 2, Mohammed Ahijo Bagudo (Shattiman Bagudo).

Dr. Onyeali-Ikpe also disclosed that considering that Kamba is bordering Nigeria-Benin Republic and in addition to business area zone, there is need for the people in the area to enjoy the services of financial institutions.

“This initiative will contribute immensely to the economic growth in area and Kebbi State and the country as a whole,” the MD/CEO said.

She called on the the traditional rulers and other stakeholders to enlighten the people especially those in rural areas on the importance of patronising the bank.

Speaking shortly, the district head of Kamba, Muhammadu Zarumai expressed his gratitude to the owners of Fedility Bank for their support to improve economic opportunities in the area by establishing of a new branch in Kamba.

He assured to collaborate with other stakeholders in sensitising people in rural areas to open their account with the bank.
