Ronaldo & Georgina Build ₦41bn Mansion, Hailed As Portugal’s Largest Private Home

Agency Report
Cristiano Ronaldo and partner Georgina Rodriguez have reportedly added another spectacular property to their vast real estate portfolio after completing a lavish new mansion in Portugal.
According to The Sun, the couple have built a sprawling palace in the coastal town of Cascais, close to Lisbon, with the property valued at an estimated £21.6 million. The mansion is said to cover around 5,000 square metres and sits on a huge 12,000-square-metre plot.
The luxury home reportedly features both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a private home cinema and a state-of-the-art gym, tailored to Ronaldo’s well-known commitment to fitness. Multiple landscaped gardens are also said to surround the property, adding to its exclusivity.

One of the most striking features of the mansion is its garage, which is capable of housing up to 20 cars. The space is ideal for Ronaldo’s extraordinary car collection, which is believed to be worth more than £22 million, a figure that actually surpasses the reported value of the new home.

The collection includes the £3.2 million Bugatti Tourbillon, considered the crown jewel among his luxury vehicles.
Construction of the mansion reportedly began in 2020 and the property is said to be finished with Italian marble, solid gold taps and a bespoke Louis Vuitton mural, underlining the level of extravagance associated with the project.

The Cascais mansion adds to an already extensive global property portfolio owned by Ronaldo and Rodriguez. Between them, they are said to own luxury homes in Saudi Arabia, Spain, Italy, England and the United Arab Emirates, with the combined value of their properties estimated at around £65 million.

In Portugal alone, Ronaldo owns a £5 million penthouse apartment in Lisbon and a £6 million waterfront property in Madeira. Elsewhere, the couple reportedly have a £1.1 million holiday villa in Marbella, a large mansion on the outskirts of Madrid, a luxury villa in Tuscany, as well as high-end homes in Riyadh and Dubai.
