NTF President Greets Asagba of Asaba On 70th Birthday

President of the Nigerian Tennis Federation (NTF), Rt. Hon. Victor Ochei, has extended warm felicitations to His Royal Majesty, Obi (Prof.) Chike Epiphany Azinge, the Asagba of Asaba, on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

In a goodwill message personally signed by him, Ochei described the revered monarch as “a royal icon, a distinguished scholar and a beacon of wisdom whose life continues to inspire generations.”

According to the NTF President, “His Majesty’s life is a tapestry of excellence, discipline and selfless service to humanity. From his illustrious academic sojourn as a renowned Professor of Law to his visionary leadership as Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Azinge has remained a symbol of integrity, erudition and compassion.”

Ochei noted that the monarch’s reign has brought unity, peace and accelerated development to Asaba, especially through his consistent promotion of education, culture and youth empowerment.

He further prayed for God’s continued guidance, strength and good health for the royal father as he marks this milestone age.

“At 70, His Majesty stands as a custodian of tradition and a bridge between heritage and modern intellect. May this new chapter bring him renewed grace and fulfilment as he continues to steer the affairs of his people with wisdom and foresight,” Ochei added.

The NTF President concluded by wishing the monarch a joyful celebration and many more years of impactful leadership.
