The Chairman, Kebbi APC Elders Forum, Sani Hukuma Zauro, Zannan Gwandu, has sounded a note of warning to the opposition who always criticised the current administration of Governor Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu.
He passed this warning during an interview journalists at his residence in Zauro under Birnin Kebbi Local Government Area of the state.
“Enough is enough about the foul language adopted by the opposition against the governor and his government in the course of campaigning to gain cheap popularity ahead of 2027 general elections,” he said.
Zauro further noted that the manner of uncouched remarks on the Kaura-led administration in the state and even at federal levels by the opposition is unglamorous and smacks of blackmail.
The APC chieftain, however, advised politicians to concentrate on informing the electorates about their policies and manifesto to move both the state and the country forward rather than blackmail and condemnation.
Zauro also commended a philanthropist, the Executive Chairman, Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Faruq Aliyu Yaro Enabo, for his immense financial and material support to Kauran Gwandu reelection bid come 2027.
